RATES:

£1.00 per mile

£10 per hour waiting time (for shows, veterinary inspections etc)

No VAT is payable.


PAYMENT METHODS:

- cash or bankers draft. We do not accept cheques.
- direct bank transfer prior to the date of collection.
- Paypal. This facility carries an additional charge of 3.43%. A paypal invoice will be issued for payment prior to the date of collection.


TERMS:

All non-payments will be pursued.

Minimum call-out fee is £60.

Owners will be charged mileage rate to and from the collection point (subject to minimum call out) if the horse refuses to load.

Premier Horse Transport reserves the right to refuse to transport any horse it considers unfit to travel.

As we operate in accordance with DEFRA guildelines, you, the client will be asked to:

- ensure the horse travels with it's passport

- provide a haynet large enough to last the duration of the journey (if required)

- ensure the horse is wearing appropriate protection (if required)
